Q: Why is my product branded as LILO?
A: We recently rebranded LILO to DIDO and part of our inventory still has LILO printed on the packaging. However, be assured that the quality of the product is kept the exact same regardless of the packaging.

Q: How do i use my DIDO Love Toy?

Q: Is there any warranty?
A: Every DIDO Love Toy comes with a 1-year warranty. If you are experiencing problems with your device(s) during the warranty period —under normal use— we will gladly assist you with a free repair or an exchange. For more information, visit our Returns & Exchanges Policy HERE.


Q: How do I clean my DIDO Love Toy?
A: It is recommended that you use DIDO Premium Cleaning Foam Disinfectant as it contains no parabens or alcohol. Use 2-3 pumps and lather onto the toys. Wait 30 seconds and rinse with warm water. You can also clean your toys with unscented soap containing no alcohol.

Q: What type of charger should I use for my DIDO Love Toy?
A: Please use chargers with less than 5 V / 2.5 Watts. DO NOT use fast charging cables/cable heads as this may damage the device. 

Q: Can i use a silicone-based lube for my DIDO Love Toy?
A: Never use a silicone-based lube with your DIDO Love Toy. Silicone reacts with itself and will destroy the material. Instead, use a water-based or oil-based lube.

Shipping
Q: How do you package the products?
A: Don't worry! All DIDO products are wrapped with black-colored bubble wrap without any labelling. If someone else is receiving your package, nobody would know what is inside unless the one who is unpacking.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Currently, we do not offer worldwide shipping. We only ship within Indonesia.
