Operational Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Saturday, 9 AM - 3 PM
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there's a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Exact shipping charges & delivery time estimation for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping with same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
Shipping with instant delivery is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM.
**Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Insurance
Purchasing additional insurance for your order is highly recommended. In the case of stolen, damaged, or lost package(s) during shipping, you will be able to file a claim with the shipping courier.
Tracking Number
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
DIDO is not liable for any products stolen, damaged, or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged & you have purchased insurance, please contact the shipping courier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of Indonesia.
